I came across Sub-Zero Appliance Repair while searching online for freezer repair in New York, NY. Wasn't sure what to expect, but these guys seriously delivered. My GE freezer was on the fritz, making weird noises and not keeping things cold enough. Quick call, and they had someone out here in no time.
Technician showed up, super friendly and really knew his stuff. He figured out the issue pretty quickly – a fan motor problem. Really appreciated how he broke things down in simple terms and didn't try to upsell unnecessary stuff. The guy was efficient, replaced what he needed to, and even cleaned up after himself. Can't remember the last time I had such a seamless service.
