So I had my Air Conditioner Service done by the folks over at Sub-Zero Appliance Repair last week, and I’m pretty impressed. Found them during a late-night online search while trying to figure out why my AC was making those weird clunky noises. Living in New York, NY, you don’t want to mess around when your AC is acting up!
Their technician showed up right on time, and let me tell ya, that was a relief. He got straight to work, the guy was super friendly, and you could tell he knew his stuff. My air conditioner, a Bryant model, needed a little TLC, and he handled it like a pro. Honestly, the whole Air Conditioner Service didn’t take as long as I thought it would, which was a bonus because I had plans later.
He explained what was up with my unit, but not in that overly technical way some folks do. Just plain and simple, which I appreciate. Also, the price was fair; didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or anything. Since the service, the AC's been running smooth, no funky noises, and it feels like a brand-new air system. If you’re in the city and need an Air Conditioner Service, I’d say give them a shout!
Overall, solid experience. Definitely keeping them on speed dial for any future fixes.
